Male Ensemble Northwest has a mission to encourage young men to participate in their local school and community choral groups and to be lifelong musicians. We conduct weekend workshops that include working with participants to prepare 3-4 songs for an afternoon/evening concert, as well as coaching them in vocal production, being a leader in their choir, and encouraging them to recruit other young men to join choir.
Participants receive music, lunch and a chance to sing with a lot of other men who love to sing! Bringing M.E.N. into communities from all over the Northwest is not cheap. We need your help in order to keep these workshops affordable for students, especially in communities that are struggling to keep the arts in the public schools.
